At Online Medico, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and medicinal products, refunds and returns are handled under strict conditions in compliance with health and safety regulations.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, medicines and pharmaceutical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, including but not limited to:

  • Prescription medicines

  • Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines

  • Opened, used, or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery


3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is incorrect

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

  • The product is damaged or tampered upon arrival

  • The product is missing from the order

✔ The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.


4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • In some cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled


6. Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping, handling, and courier charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.


7. Regulatory Compliance

This policy follows applicable drug safety regulations and guidelines issued by relevant health authorities to ensure public safety.
